This was Theresa Palmers cake. She is my cousin and a week before the wedding tragedy befell her grandfather, our famous Swiss baker, and so they called and asked me if I could do her cake. Of course I said. There were supposed to be wine glasses between the top two tiers but when we put them up there we had the leaning tower of wedding cake so this is what we ended up with. The cake was chocolate with a raspberry ganache filling.
